The Carter Center and Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy on May 17 will bring together civil servants, former secretaries of state, and Georgia Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs to discuss how the Guiding Principles of Election Administration (PDF) can be effectively applied to a national post-2024 context as well as ways to help influence local practices and reforms in election administration.
This will be the fourth annual collaboration between the two programs.
