The Carter Center hosted a discussion November 12, 2007, with former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and the Reverend Munib Younan, bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Occupied Palestinian Territory, on the situation in the West Bank and prospects for peace in the Middle East. Preceding the dialogue was a private screening of "Jimmy Carter: Man From Plains." The film documents President Carter's 2006 tour for his book "Palestine Peace Not Apartheid."
