Round-trip airfare (originating within the U.S.); ground transportation; four nights in the luxurious Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, Calif.; photo with President and Mrs. Carter; gourmet meals; gift bag; great warm weather activities and exploring San Diego; an auction with outstanding values and one-of-a-kind collectors' items; and an unforgettable time for you and your guests.  Dress is casual, and special children's activities are available.  Delta Air Lines, Inc., is donating a round-trip charter flight from Atlanta, Ga., to San Diego, Calif.  You may choose to connect to the Atlanta charter or travel another route to San Diego.  Flights for all guests will be arranged according to their preferences.  Upgraded meals and service will be offered in both the first class and coach cabins on the charter flight.  However, seats in the first class cabin are limited.  Air travel originating from some cities may not be on Delta Air Lines. 

The overall cost of the trip is $3,500.00 per person, $2,500.00 for children under 12 years of age if they share a room with their parents. A day rate of $900.00 per person per day is available for stays of less than 4 days. The day rate includes an overnight stay but does not include airfare. To help us plan for your place on this fabulous trip, please send us your $1,000.00 per person deposit or if you prefer, the full price before Nov. 1, 2011.  All reservations and deposits postmarked on or before Nov. 1, 2011, will receive a $100 discount off each package price.  First-class seating and some commuter flights to reach Delta transportation may incur additional costs.  Airfare on airlines other than Delta will be booked at lowest possible fare and credited at the trip rate. We have limited first class seating and hotel accommodations.  These upgrades are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will incur additional costs.  Other sports activities and spa services are available (additional charges may apply).

$1,000.00 of each full-price ($3,500.00) package is considered a tax-deductible donation to The Carter Center.  For the day rate, $250.00 per day is tax-deductible.  Appropriate documentation will be provided following the event.
