Social workers like those at Family Service of Greater Boston help families and individuals grapple with problems like abuse, neglect and addiction. They are also often at the front lines in the battle against mental health problems. Identifying and then encouraging people to get help is the first step in dealing with psychiatric issues. But subsequent steps such as finding a caregiver and getting your insurance company to cover the cost can be very complicated. We speak to WBUR reporter Monica Brady, who has been covering what's being called a "mental health care crisis" in Massachusetts
