Videotaped remarks delivered by former U.S. President Jimmy Carter during the Skoll Awards Ceremony, held during the 2008 Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Oxford's Saïd  Business School.

The annual event – which draws nearly 750 delegates from more than 35 countries,  representing the social, academic, finance, corporate and policy sectors -- convenes in Oxford, England for three days and nights in a series of debates, discussions and work sessions focused on addressing some of the world's most pressing social issues.
