Speakers include Kevin Mattson, author of  "What the Heck Are You Up To Mr. President?" Jimmy Carter, America's 'Malaise,' and the Speech That Should Have Changed the Country (2009), Jimmy Carter Library and Museum Director Jay Hakes, author of "A Declaration of Energy Independence" (2008), and Steven Hochman, Carter Center director of research and faculty assistant to President Carter.
