Dark Forest Black Fly: Exclusive Footage

View video clips from "Dark Forest Black Fly," an independently produced film that tracks the efforts of The Carter Center and its partners to wipe out river blindness in Uganda, originally shown during the Feb. 7, 2012, Conversations at The Carter Center event.  The first segment details the human impact of river blindness in Uganda and introduces health workers making sacrifices to stop this debilitating disease.  The second explores the innovative science behind eliminating river blindness in Uganda using environmentally safe methods.


The full film is expected to be completed in 2013.
