Statement by Jimmy Carter on the Death of Ghana President H.E.
John Evans Atta Mills

Rosalynn and I extend our deepest sympathies to the citizens of Ghana and wife and family of President H. E. John Evans Atta Mills following his death. All Ghanaians are in our hearts and prayers during this difficult time. We wish every success to John Dramani Mahama as he assumes his new responsibility of leadership.
