Lauren Kent-Delany joined The Carter Center in 2005. She oversees the recruitment, selection, and supervision of approximately 100 interns and graduate assistants each year who work in peace and health programs and operations at the Center. Before joining the Center, she was a part of the Division of Campus Life at Emory University for 15 years and held positions including director of residence life and director of university conferences. Prior to her time at Emory, she held campus life positions at Georgia Tech and Arizona State University. Kent-Delany earned her undergraduate degree in education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and her master’s degree in student personnel administration in higher education from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
