In addition, Bornemann - director of the Center's Mental Health Program since 2002 - was named to a special disaster assistance team organized by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and was deployed September 12 to Houston to provide urgently needed support to those affected by Hurricane Katrina.
