Abu Dhabi Declaration
The Neglected Tropical Disease Nongovernment Development Organisations Network (NNN).
During their sixth annual meeting in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in September 2015, members of the Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) Nongovernmental Development Organization Network declared their unanimous support for the inclusion of NTDs in the post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals (specifically Goals #3 and #6). Guided by a shared commitment to equitable and sustainable development, members present reconfirmed their commitment the London Declaration, and to working closely together to combat NTDs.

NGDOs, with governments, communities and other partners, implement strategies for NTD disease and morbidity control and disability prevention and management. During their third annual meeting in Sydney, Australia in September 2012, the NTD NGDO Network members present declared their full and unanimous support for the London Declaration on Neglected Tropical Diseases (The London Declaration).

Uniting to Combat Neglected Tropical Diseases
The London Declaration represents a new, coordinated push to accelerate progress toward eliminating or controlling 10 neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) by the end of the decade. Partners pledge to work together to improve the lives of the 1.4 billion people worldwide affected by NTDs, most of whom are among the world's poorest.
