Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness for Family Caregivers

Please join USAging and The Carter Center for a webinar on Thursday, May 21 from 2–3:30 p.m.  Our discussion will explore the “Including Family Caregivers in Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness” action guide and hear directly from featured programs.  

USAging, in collaboration with their partners, has developed a suite of eight Action Guides to help Aging Network organizations develop and strengthen innovative caregiver services and supports. These guides align with Goal 3 of the  National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers and offer practical program implementation strategies and resources.  

During this webinar, attendees will learn strategies to better support family caregivers in emergency response planning and preparedness and learn practical steps communities can take to reduce risks and improve readiness.
