As Retired U.S. Judges, We’re Not Used to Speaking Out. But We Cannot Be Silent.

Inspired by a study tour to Warsaw, Poland sponsored by The Carter Center, retired Ohio Supreme Court Justice Michael P. Donnelly and Retired North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Robert F. Orr joined 30 sitting and retired judges, lawyers, and advocates to discuss these questions and more on a recent bus tour across three U.S. states.
