Why Election Observers Will Be Watching New Mexico Voters

Observe New Mexico Elections co-lead Carmen López and Sarah Cooper, Democracy Program associate director, discussed election integrity with New Mexico’s news station KRQE. ONME is a statewide nonpartisan election observation effort increasing transparency and trust in New Mexico’s election. Ahead of the general election, the Center is supporting nonpartisan election observation in three states, New Mexico, Montana, and Georgia, to provide impartial analysis on the quality of the election process.
