Join the Ambassadors Circle — Play a Critical Role
The Ambassadors Circle was founded by former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and former First Lady Rosalynn Carter to honor the vision and generosity of individuals who support the Center’s work with gifts of $1,000 or more annually.
Ambassadors Circle members play a critical role in helping the Center wage peace, fight disease, and build hope. Members enjoy a unique relationship with the Center and receive invitations to exclusive events such as the Center’s Executive Briefing and Reception, which includes firsthand reports from our senior experts.
The bond of our common humanity is stronger than the divisiveness of our fears and our prejudices.
Membership Giving Levels
Your membership gift makes a direct impact as The Carter Center pursues urgent global priorities. Whether you join at the Emissary, Envoy, Diplomat, or Cabinet level, your generosity will enable us to take immediate action to help people build healthier, more peaceful futures for themselves and their children.
- Emissary Level: $1,000–2,499
- Envoy Level: $2,500–4,999
- Diplomat Level: $5,000–9,999
- Cabinet Level: $10,000 plus

Refer a Friend
When you refer a friend, family member, or colleague who shares your passion for peace and health, they’ll receive exclusive Ambassadors Circle benefits for one year.
Host a Gathering
Host a gathering — big or small — and we’ll travel to your location to share the Carter Center’s peace and health updates with your family, friends, or colleagues. Whether it’s a cocktail hour, book club, church group, or professional association, we’ll tailor the experience to your setting. Afterward, your guests will receive more information about joining the Ambassadors Circle.
