The Ambassadors Circle was founded by former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and former First Lady Rosalynn Carter to honor the vision and generosity of individuals who support the Center’s work with gifts of $1,000 or more annually.
Ambassadors Circle members play a critical role in helping the Center wage peace, fight disease, and build hope. Members enjoy a unique relationship with the Center and receive invitations to exclusive events such as the Center’s Executive Briefing and Reception, which includes firsthand reports from our senior experts.

Yes. A gift of $83.34 per month qualifies you for Ambassadors Circle membership. We can automatically change your credit card for monthly or quarterly installments, or you may make multiple gifts throughout the year in any way you wish.

Reflections on a Rich History: The Carter Center and Guyana
The Center went on to monitor six elections in Guyana, the first in 1992 and the most recent one a year ago, in September 2025. During the 2025 observation mission, the communications team invited Guyanese leaders from across the political spectrum to talk about President Carter and the Center’s history with their country.
