It has been some years since, pointed by foreigners and forced by the European Commission, we committed ourselves to treat the mentally ill as human beings that have rights. Take them out of the straightjacket.

Although it relies on different human and financial resources, the Romanian mental health system is lacking. The Czech Republic and the United States of America face similar issues.
