Following the president’s remarks, the conference held a panel discussion on global health and technology. Speakers included Dr. Donald Hopkins, vice president of health programs at The Carter Center, and Dr. Mark Siddall, curator and principal investigator at the American Museum of Natural History.

The annual Social Good Summit seeks to explore the influence of technology on social good initiatives around the world with the goal of improving our world by 2030. The Carter Center is committed to advancing human rights and alleviating unnecessary human suffering. The Center wages peace, fights disease, and builds hope worldwide.
